Healing Power of Laughter

What does laughter do? It helps overcome stress, depression, grief and other health problems because it conforms to a law of physics: No two things can occupy the same space at the same time, Laughter also enhances relaxation; health professionals tell us it releases beta endorphins, a natural tranquilizer in your body. Laughter also exercises every muscle. Watch a baby laugh, it laughs with its whole body. And finally did you ever notice how some faces frown so often that the frown becomes etched in the face? It takes more muscles to frown than it does to smile. We cannot always choose what happens to us, but we can choose our attitudes in every situation.
